Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Calgary’s vibrant mid-market.As a key member of our sales team, you will cultivate strategic partnerships and execute direct sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Calgary’s mid-market business environment
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
· Generate qualified leads and manage TAP’s sales pipeline
· Create and present compelling business proposals
· Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities
· Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
· 5+ years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably in IT/technology sector
· with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
· Strong understanding of Calgary’s business landscape, IT community, and technology trends
· Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
· Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Calgary and surrounding areas
